3 Amigos finished!

 So happy to finish this pixilated photo.   I did it in fall colors so that I can hang it then.

I have chosen a picture for my next project-after I finish 3 quilts that I started last year!

We live in a rural part of San Diego County and I see these guys on my walk in the morning.  I love the pixilated process.  I am going to step out of my comfort zone in colors for these three.

Pixilated Photo Quilt

I took 2 classes with Tammie Bowser a year or so ago and  made 2 wall hangings.  Loved the process so much that I bought the software.  These were my two originals from Tammie's class. The first, our Lizzy is pixilated squares.  The second is pixilated sections.

Then my friend, Mary took the class and did a picture of her grandson and we collaborated on a picture of our friend's husband who has since passed from ALS.

So then we decided to have a class at church hoping 5 would sign up.

Three students didn't make it to the second class.  We were so happy with the outcome.  We will be doing another class in Jan/Feb.  

I pass these alpacas 2 or 3 times a week on my walk and have tons of pictures.  Finally found one that I love-going to this one for my class sample.
