365 Quilt Challenge

Katherine Kerr's quilt challenge sounded like so much fun 3 years ago-and it still is.  I am almost done with May-3 years in.  Finished the middle medallion.

it will be surrounded by 2 rows of 3" and 6" dark blocks then 2 rows of 6" light blocks then 2 more rows of the darks with large cornerstones at the corners.  It is a beautiful quilt when done.  I am going scrappy.

Some of my finished blocks:

I am also making pretty good progress on my friend, Chris' quilt.  Got all the stars done-now just attach the stewart plaid to the border and figure out the math for the star sashings and then another Stewart plaid border-then done!

I have my monthly class today.  About 10 out of the 20 participants are making chicken pincushions to go on the thread catchers we are making next month.  I love my ladies!  Got to get moving!

Tomorrow is Easter.  Thank-you, Jesus for taking my place and the gift of eternal life.  I am forever grateful!
