Curtains done, Check!

Glad to have these done.  I don't like regular sewing as much as I do quilting-so today I will finish cutting out the pieces for Sloanie's  square in a square quilt and hopefully get a fair amount done-it is simple sewing after all.  Need to do some cleaning as well so my husband thinks I don't sew 24/7 which is his POV right now:)

So happy to find that matching ribbon at Joanns!

Just have the quilt and dust ruffles to go. Their rooms are being decorated incrementally

I already made the chair cover at the first of the year, the Noah's ark bedsize quilt for Ava in April and now the curtains are done. I have material for the dust ruffles and sheets-hope to have ruffles done by my trip in August and sheets by October as they are flannel.

Last night we had the best dinner-fresh Salmon, salad and zucchini fries that are baked not fried-Greg doesn't like zucchini and he loved these.

1/4 cup parmesan mixed with 1 packet Shake and Bake (I used a generic brand)
Dip 2-3 zucchini cut into fry shapes into 1 beaten egg
Toss fries in bake mix, lay out on Pam spayed sheet
Bake 15 min at 425 and serve with ranch dressing

Oh, so good!  I used 1 yellow squash and 1 zucchini because that was what I was given and they were great!

All these curtains are adorable. Love the animal print stripe. Makes everything look jazzy.
